JMM CPA has been founded  on the principles of Planning Ahead and Giving Back.


We bring the expertise, tools and passion to perform your annual benefit plan audit in an efficient and timely manner.  We have qualified retirement plan experience as it relates to auditing and also many years of experience in administering, testing and government reporting related to qualified plans.  We take a collaborative approach to auditing that will include an engagement schedule with assigned tasks.  The schedule will be used to monitor and communicate progress in an effort to eliminate surprises.

By planning ahead we can create space to help plan sponsors understand their financial statements, plan operations and compliance responsibilities.  Audit engagements will conclude with a closing meeting to discuss findings, review results and provide CFO’s, Controllers and Human Resources personnel the opportunity to operate their employee benefit plans at their highest potential.


A core principle of our daily and professional life is to recognize and appreciate the many ways in which we have been blessed.  In honor of this blessing a full ten percent of all firm revenue will be given back to selected charitable causes.

As a client of the firm you will have the opportunity to share in our effort to give back.  Clients may choose from a list of selected charities to which ten percent of the fees paid by them will be contributed to the charity of their choice.
