We bring this positive outlook via regular and consistent communication to assess status, discuss opportunities and explore our client’s hopes and dreams surrounding the retirement needs of their employees.
Stewardship
Stewardship at JMM CPA is a commitment to use resources for the greater good. To demonstrate our commitment to stewardship, five percent of gross revenues will be shared with the following charitable organizations.
When a client of the firm chooses one of the charities below, ten percent of the revenue from their services will be directed according to their selection.
Food for Friends
Food For Friends was founded in 1994 as a volunteer-initiated and volunteer-led Christian organization and remains this way today. At the very core of the Food For Friends organization is one common heartbeat to help the poor who are hungry in the Chicago area. The roots of our mission statement were planted with the first Thanksgiving meal we helped serve in downtown Chicago in 1994.
Feed My Starving Children
This non-profit Christian organization provides children and adults in nearly 70 countries with hand-pack meals formulated specially for starving children. James Moyna has prepared food packs with other volunteers, and is proud of our ongoing partnership.
Special Olympics
The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
Ronald McDonald House
Many families travel far from home and spend several weeks or months to get treatment for their seriously ill or injured children – a long time to be away or to divide a family. For children facing a serious medical crisis, nothing seems scarier than not having mom and dad close by for love and support. A Ronald McDonald House is that “home-away-from-home” for families so they can stay close to their hospitalized child at little or no cost.
I have personally used the services of Ronald McDonald House during a prolonged illness of a family member. The availability of a place to stay while tending to the needs of my daughter was a tremendous blessing to my family. It is my honor to be able to give back to a charity that was such an important part of my daughters treatment and recovery.
